Wheatgrass & Juicing !

The importance of maintaining a healthy diet rich in vitamins, minerals and life
giving enzymes simply must include a daily dose of these juices.

                       Veggie Juice !

Can you imagine trying to eat this many vegatbles during your lunch break?
Well you can!  By juicing your veggies,
you get the benifits of all the vitamins, minerals and live enzymes.

Recipe to make approx. 2 quarts of juice:
5 large cucumbers
5 Large Carrots
5 oz. of spinach
5 oz. of Kale
1 bunch of celery

You can substitute any green veggie you like but your base should be cucumbers and celery.
Store your juice in a glass jar or picture, keep refridgerated and it is best to consume within 24 hours.
You can sweeten your juice with apples or beets.
If you are not used to drinking veggie juice, start lite by using cucumbers and celery only.
Add apples or carrots to sweeten it up a little.

Note: Using organic veggies is best but they are not always available or affordable, the most import thing is to get your veggies.
Drink at least one quart a day and you can replace any meal of the day with just your Juice.

Most cucumbers from your grocer have a wax coating, peel this off before juicing and use a scrubbie on
veggies such as carrots, beets or celery. Leafing greens should be rinsed well in a colander.

Enjoy!
